We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into venicciapparel.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will start shipping within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and possibly start shipping within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Venicci Apparel Customer Service will contact you by email. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, pending credit verification.

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the website.

Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from venicciapparel.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Venicci Apparel. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Return policy for online purchases

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Venicci Apparel is pleased to offer the highest standard of customer service. All unworn merchandise may be returned in its original package, along with the receipt, for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be made in the manner in which the payment was made. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


You may exchange your purchase with either a different size or item of equal value as long as we receive the unwanted item within 30 days of the purchase.

Returns regarding promotion code/online sales.

Refunds are not available to purchases made with a promotion code, or during an online sale. You may however, exchange for a different size. If the particular size is out of stock, you are able to exchange for an item of equal value or an online credit code. 30 day policy also applies.
